Hi! I do faux finish on my mounts with Gamblin conservation colors. The classical 24 pans and impressionist 24 pans are realy a good start to a wide range of colors. Gamblin conservation colors works like watercolor but with ethanol. This paint is fast drying and very covering even with thin layers. When activated with ethanol it offers a nice mate finish, if you want a gloss finish just add laropal in your mixture. This material passed the oddy test.
