Dear list members At the Royal College of Surgeons we have the skeleton of a Narwhal that we would like to have mounted for display. The skeleton has never been articulated and as far as we know never been displayed, so we would be looking at mounting options besides articulation. I would be interested in hearing from anyone Interested in undertaking this project. Sebastian Foxley Conservator

Hello Sebastian,
This looks like an interesting project. I am an experienced mount maker, and would be glad to help. What is the current status of your project?
Sincerely,
Reid
Hi Sebastian. I can't recall the name of the gentleman, but I saw a paper regarding the mounting system for the T-Rex at The Field museum in Chicago many years ago. I'm sure a Google search would bear fruit. Or you could reach out to The Field and get contact information.
Would you happen to have any photos of the specimen?
Yours
James
