Hello,
The Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas is interested in hosting a mount-making workshop for our museum staff and opening it to other area museum professionals, if possible. We have hosted training like this before that's been organized by umbrella orgs like SAA, but we've not done one on our own before.
I wanted to send at least one staff person to Beloit, but it's full this summer, and since our travel budget has been slashed, it makes more sense to bring the mount-maker to us.
We would be intereted in learning about a wide variety of mounts to use for different 3-D objects (small to medium-large). It would be ideal to have a 2-3 day workshop.
I have no idea what the cost would be to hire a mountmaker to teach/lead this course. Would it depend on the number of attendees? I have so many questions.
If anyone has done workshops like this before and might be interested in doing one in Little Rock this summer, will you please email me at christine.mouw@nara.gov with info and we can start a conversation?
Thank you so much!

Hey there, I sent you an email a couple weeks back. Let me know if you are still looking for someone to host a workshop. I'm a mount maker based in Kansas City and I could travel to you to host the workshop.
